![]() This card has a 25-day grace period for charges, and I am determined to never owe them a penny in interest. As the rest of you have said, the terms are AWFUL, but the approval process was easy and the $300 credit line adds to my total available credit. ![]() I applied for and accepted the Indigo card about six months ago, while my BK case was still open. I would recommend a secured card before I would ever recommend this. I found numerous other complaints that are the exact same on other websites, so I’m obviously not the only one who experienced this. I believe they’re collecting all these annual fees and then customers are left unable to use their cards. ![]() I truly believe this entire thing is a scam. When asked if he found an issue and corrected it, he just repeated himself and said it would work next time. Next time you use the card, it will be fine. Then, to get me off the phone, the guy said… OK you’re right about your available credit line being $149. That didn’t make sense since I tried using it at 2 of the largest retailers in the USA. First they said that the card can’t be used at some retailers because they have to have an agreement set up with them. They gave me multiple excuses, none of which made sense. They could never explain the discrepancy, even after 30 minutes of talking and being put on hold repeatedly. They tried to convince me that their system showed I only had an available credit line remaining of $48 while their automated phone system and website showed an amount of $149. I’ve called twice to inquire and have experienced the worst customer service of my entire life. I spent around $100 in transactions, paid $40 instantly, and then my card started declining on other small transactions. Of course, as mentioned the annual fee is a minimum of $75 which applies immediately, and the highest limit offered is $300. I didn’t research it properly before applying, and I already regret it just one month later. I highly recommend that everyone stay away from this credit card. You can help by sharing these posts on social media, hopefully unsuspecting consumers will come across these reviews before they apply and decide to go down a different route instead. If anybody knows of any other cards with ridiculously high annual fees and other fees, let me know. Here are other cards in the hall of shame: Unfortunately this probably isn’t even the worst card on the market. For example using the shopping cart trick to get store credit cards.
